Hi Mary, You say you have cleaned out the bottom. I presume this is your filter? I would suggest you check all pipes that go to the filter housing for blockage. You will need to get access to the underneath of your machine to do this. Carefully check all pipes and hoses thoroughly for any foriegn objects and replace tightly.
