Unplug the appliance.
Take everything out of the freezer.
Take the rear panel inside the freezer off.
You'll find a build up of ice around and over the evaporator.
Fully defrost this using a steamer or similar.
Defrost the drain channel below the evaporator (the mass of pipes).
Defrost the drain hole in the drain channel, ensure water can run away.
Once this is done, the water leak should be cured and the compressor shouldn't run as long as it is doing at present.
