I would suggest you unplug your appliance from the mains power supply and then investigate right under the machine. You are looking at all pipes that go to or from the filter/ pump area. The pipe from the drum base, known as the sump hose is favourite for gathering blockages, but ALL pipes need to be thouroughly checked. You can disconnect fill pipes to allow you better access, and even lay the machine down on its side , but wedge something under the lid end , just to keep it 10 inches or so off the floor. ( a big cushion usually suffices)

Sadly not possible to get side or bottom off the machine. Any thoughts or do we need to call an engineer?
