Hi There
What is happening here is that as the water passes through the metering tank into the sump via the feed hose, it can't dispense with the water in a timely manner.
As the water continues to flow in it triggers the flow switch to activate the drain pump.
If you take off the left side panel and try to remove the hose that runs from the bottom of the metering device to the bottom of the sump.
Flush out the hose in hot running water or even use a bottle brush to clean it.
Refit the hose and try the machine again.
