I have a Bosch Exxcel 1200 Express washing machine and recently the fabric softener portion of the drawer is full of water/fabric softener after a wash cycle. I've tried taking the drawer out and giving it a good clean but without success.Answer Summary
Hiya,Assuming the dispenser drawer has been cleaned out and the syphon tubes are ok it will most likely be the dispenser at fault. Push the tub down as far as possible and pull the top out rearward.(it does come out this way, we do it on a regular basis).Clean the dispenser top under running water, ensure water gets through all of the holes.

Assuming the dispenser drawer has been cleaned out and the syphon tubes are ok it will most likely be the dispenser at fault.
Take the dispenser drawer out.
Look into the dispenser and up.
If the holes are blocked, give them a good scrub.
Then, with a length of thin garden tying wire (or strimmer wire), poke the wire into the holes above the conditioner compartment, getting it in and along the water ways as far as possible.
Once cleaned out, try the machine again.
If still the same, you'll need to take the dispenser out and clean out the waterways.
Unplug the appliance.
Take the top off.
Take the screws holding the dispenser in place out.
Take the hoses attached to the dispenser top off.
Unclip the dispenser top.
Push the tub down as far as possible and pull the top out rearward.
(it does come out this way, we do it on a regular basis).
Clean the dispenser top under running water, ensure water gets through all of the holes.
Refit the top, reassemble the machine.
Try it again.
