Ok what you will find is the evaporator inside the freezer at the top will be blocked with ice so this will stop the air flow up into the fridge section.
So what you can try first is a total defrost of the appliance for 24 hours with the freezer door left open.
This will allow the ice in there to melt.
Then retry it and see how it goes from there. But if say 3 weeks later it does it again then theres a problem with the defrost side which will more then likely be the defrost heater.
And a rough price to replace this you are looking at about the £80 mark so proberly worth it.
But try the defrost first as you never know this may sort it out.

Yes even though its frost free it will still create ice. Its just that you dont see it.
Its in the roof of the freezer inside so what happens it will ice up then the defrost heater comes on and melts it away and then starts again.
But if a piece or ice blocks the drain hose which it can then the water doesnt drain away so it creates an ice build up which then stopps the air flow into the fridge.
Or if the defrost heater is faulty then it wont defrost so the ice builds up again and stops the air flow. Its just all hiddin from you.
So try the defrost and see how it goes from there.
