If you set it to spin is it draining the water out ok?
Will the drum turn during the spin cycle?

Ok what you need to do is take the back panel off and take out the motor.
At the back either side you will see the carbon brushes.
Take them out and inspect them. Check to see if they have worn down. As if they have then it may turn on a wash but when it comes to a spin it wont turn.
So if the carbon brushes have worn down then they will need to be replaced.
Then retry the washer and see how it goes from there.
