Sorry for the delay in getting to your question.
If the drum isnt turning during the wash cycle then what you need to do is take the back cover off and from there take out the motor.
At the back of the motor either side you will see the carbon brushes. Take them out and inspect them. If they have worn down then they will need to be replaced.
Then retry the washer and see how it goes from there.
Let me know what you find.
