Ok i take it the washer is draining the water out ok?
If so then this sounds like its more then likely the main control board which is the problem. As its not telling the motor to do a fast spin. I used to replace loads of these boards on bekos for faults like this as usually the motors are quite good on these. As if they go faulty then usually the drum just doesnt turn at all.
