VerifiedHiya,
The flashing lights indicate the float switch in the base of the machine (anti flood device) has been activated.
Unplug the appliance.
Take it out, disconnect the hoses.
Tilt it forward until the machine is nearly on it's front to try and drain any spillage out.
Be very careful, it's an extremely heavy machine.
If you can't do this,
You need to unplug the machine and open the front up to gain access to the base.
Remove the water in the base.
Close the front up again.
Try the machine again
If it's just been a spillage, it will work normally again.
If it's a leak, it will fail again quickly.
Check it out, see what you find.
