Ok E91 is a communication problem between the main control board and the display board.

What you can try is take the top off and look at the control board on the side. There you will see a blue ribbon wire harness going from the middle of the board through to the front board.

What you need to do is take the wirie off and give the ends of it a squees as this will tighen the connections there and retry the washer and see how it goes.

Try this on both ends and see what happens.

If still the same then possibley the control board is faulty not sending the correct signal to the front display board.

There is no reset of the control board.

You need to cure the E91 problem first which is most of the time the blue wire cable going between the boards so check them first and see how it goes from there.

No it doesnt sometimes it can cause the washer to stop and do funny things during the wash.

But the error code you have which you told me is E91 so the washer is telling you theres a problem between with the communication between the 2 control board so the control board has picked up theres a problem.

As if it was something else like the door lock or the motor then it will give you a different error code.

But if it only happens during the turning on then its possible the front display board is the problem here.
