Ok lets see what the error code is.
To do this turn the dial to any cycle and let it all ligth up.
Then press and hold the start button and the button to the left of it.
Keep them held in and after a few seconds the ligths will go out and the start ligth will be flashing.
Count the number of red flashes then the number of green flashes and let me know.

Ok thats error code E11 which is a time out filling.
What you need to do is make sure the water supply tap is turned on for the washer.
Then make sure the fill hose isnt kincked at the back.
Take the fill hose off and aim it into a bucket and turn the water supply on and make sure the water pressure is good. If its weak then this may be the problem as it doesnt fill up fast enough.
If the water pressure is fine then its posible the fill valve is faulty. To test this you will need a multimeter. Take the top off and there you will see the coils for the valve at the back.
With the multimeter meter each coil out amd see if faulty. They should read about 3.6 Kohms.
If faulty then they will need to be replaced. Then see how it goes from there.
