Ok if theres no ice visable then it may be a blocked drain so the fan has jammed up at the back stopping the air being blown up into the fridge section.

What you need to do is pull the fridge out and look on the back at the bottom. There you will see the compressor and above this is a black tube going into the drip tray. Pull this out and push a screwdriver up there and see if water comes gusshing out.

If so then you need to defrost the appliance for 24 hours and keep the door open. As the water will have backed into the freezer evaporator unit and jammed the fan up. So the defrost will cure the problem and with the drain hose clear now the freezer will work fine and the fan will then blow the cold air into the fridge section.

What can happen is the drain tube blockes up so when it goes into defrost the water has no weer to drain out so the water builds up and blockes the fan.

Even though its frost free it has to frost up to get cold. Then it just defrost itself.

Other then the blocked drain it may also be the fan which is faulty.

But as its built in you can just try a defrost for 24 hours with the freezer door open and see how it goes from there once its up and running again fingers crossed it will be back to normal again from there.
