Lets get the error code out of the washer. To do this you need to turn the dial on to any cycle apart from the first on the right.
Let it all light up and then press and hold the start button and the button to the left of it.
Keep them 2 held in and after a few seconds the error code will come up E??

Ok that error code is E21 which is a draining problem.
Take the filter out again and look at the back were the filter goes. There you will see the pump impeller X shape.
Make sure theres nothing jammed up in there stopping it from turning.
If the impeller is stiff to turn then the pump will need to be replaced. As if theres no blockages in there then you may find the pump is the problem here.
