So if you press and hold the start button in for several seconds is this resetting it?

Is there a slight humming noise coming from the bottom corner?

Holding the start button doesn't do anything at all.

There is no buzzing coming from the washer

Ok try this and see what happens.

Turn the washer off.

Turn dial to 90 deg cotton cycle.

Press and hold the start button and with this held in turn the washer on.

Keep start button held in till the light starts to flash then let go.

Now it will show the error code E?

Let me know the code then turn the washer off and then retry it on a spin cycle and see what happens.

I have followed your instructions.

The error code that came up was E05

Tried spin cycle, with no luck.

It is still stuck in middle of last cycle.

Ok that error code is a draining error.

What you need to do is check the filter at the bottom. Take off the plastic cover at the bottom and on the right hand side you will see the filter.

Now you need to drain the water out from there. Get a shallow dish and put under the filter and slacken it to drain the water out.

Once the water is out remove the filter and clear any debris which is in there. Then look at the back were the filter goes and you will see the pump impeller X shape.

Make sure there's nothing stuck in there jamming the pump up.

Once its all clear refit the filter and retry the washer and fingers crossed it will be back to normal.
