Also if you open the door and hold the bottom of the metal drum at the front can you lift it up and down?

Ok if the drum springs and suspension legs are fine as is the concrete weight aswell then its usually faulty drum bearings if its making a nocking noise.
As there isnt anything else in there which can cause the noise other then the drum itself.
So just double check the concrete weights and the front and rear panels are secure and the washer is level and not rocking about. But if all them are fine then it just leaves the drum bearings or drum shaft at fault here. Which if the problem you will have to replace the complete wash tub as its show as a complete unit so yopu cannot replace the drum shaft or bearings on there own on these washers im afraid.
