Also is you take out the bottom basket inside the freezer is there an ice build up on the floor?

Ok so this is a side by side is it.
Right yes this will be a blocked drain hole inside the freezer section which is causeing the problem.
What you need to do is take out the baskets inside the freezer and then you need to remove the back panel at the bottom section. Now you may need to take off the side rails aswell.
Once the back panel is off you will see the evaporator under this is a drain gutter. Pore some boiling water in there to defrost it and then poke down into the drain hole to make sure its fully clear.
once its clear pore water in there and make sure it drains out ok.
Then refit the panels and thats it job done.
