First thing to do is;
Power off.
Fill the sump with about a gallon of water.
Power On.
Select rinse program and close the door.
Don't interrupt the cycle.
First thing to happen is it will drain down.
Now the water inlet vale will open and it will fill up.
Now the wash pump will run.
Let me know if does any of those things.
