VerifiedHiya,
All 4 lights flashing and then going steady indicate the anti flood device in the base of the appliance has been activated.
Unplug the appliance.
Empty it of all crockery etc.
Pull it out.
Put a couple of towels around the rear.
Tilt the machine rearward as far as you can, without laying it on it's back.
Drain off any water that comes out.
Once empty, stand it up, plug it in and try it again.
If it starts working then does the same, you have a leak that will require you to take the side panels off to locate it.
Once located and repaired, the problem will be rectified.
