Sorry, I really need to know detail here.

You've just mentioned emptying the appliance.

Did you manually empty the water?

When the drain pump should run (at the very start of a programme) do you hear a hum from the pump?

Manually remove the water again.

Take the filters out.

Remove the water from the sump bowl.

Look carefully and you'll see a cover that comes off the top of the pump impellor.

It may be held by a single Torx screw.

Take the cover off.

Remove any debris jamming the pump.

Ensure the pump impellor can turn by manually turning it through 360 degrees.

Refit the cover.

Try the machine again.

Let me know what happens.
