Appologies for the deay in reply.

the flash count is 6

When it is switched on the pun starts and the stops again after a few seconds and then the light flashed 6 times.

There is 1:21 displayed on the start delay display.

I checked all the water supply etc. and that worked fine.

I turned it over and removed the plate at the bottom, where I found that the electric connection to the water inlet was unplugged.

I put this back and ran the test cycle as you instructed.

This finished and the start light is now flashing 8 flashes per cycle.

I tried to run a normal was today and it did not work well.

The machine did take water and was washing, but it sounded very sticky, as if the switch was being flicked on and of.

It eventually stopped with the soap pellet not even completely dissolved (I did not put the soap in the dispenser, just lay it intop of the cutlery basket.

It is now displaying F2 and the light is flashing twice per cycle.

What was the F8 error that it gave me last night after the test cycle?

I removed the front and there is no standing water in the base.

There is however water on the right front next to the machine, that could be from the attempted cycle this morning.

I have it outside in the carport on a furniture skate.

it is low, hanging from the back and stuck direct into the grid of the outside drain

it seems to have done the trick!!

It started normal

It is now washing and sounds normal while doing that.

I will check on it every now and then trough the cycle. Unfortuantely it was set on a normal 65C wash that I had it on this morning, so it is going to take a while.
