My washer keeps jumping to hand wash spin when I set it to wash on any programme. It just goes on to display 3 on the LED display.Answer Summary
Hi Ok so when you set it to a wash cycle will it put any water into the machine?Also does our washer have an lcd display screen?To do this turn the washer off. Then press and hold the start button and the reset button. Then from there you will see the circulation pump at the bottom towards the back. But check the pump out and see what you find. Then from there fingers crossed it will be back to normal then.

Yes the circulation pump is faulty and will need to be replaced.
Then from there fingers crossed it will be back to normal then.
