Ok lets see if theres an error code stored in there.
To do this turn the washer off.
Then press and hold the start button and the reset button.
Keep them held in and turn the washer on.
Keep the buttons pressed in till the leds starts to scroll down then let go.
Now press the fabrics button till the 40 deg led is lit.
Now there will be an error code E??
Let me know the error code.
Then turn the washer off then on then back off again.

Sorry for the delay.
E51 is a motor triac fault. But also a low insulation reading on the motor can cause this aswell.
What you can try is tip washer backwards against a wall and look underneath it. There you will see the motor. Unplug the wiring block for it and then retry the washer and see what happens. See if it will start and fill with water.
If it does then the motor will be the problem and will need to be replaced to cure the fault.
