Can you check your model number please?
There's no machine with that model number coming up at Electrolux technical.
There appears to be a number missing.

ED4 indicates a fault with the dryer control board and/or the main control board.
It can also be the dryer heater element that is causing the problem.
Unplug the appliance and take the top off.
The dryer heater unit is on top of the tub.
Disconnect the wires to the heater element and insulate the wires.
Tie them back so they don't get caught up.
Now try the machine on the wash cycle.
If it works, you may get away with just replacing the dryer element.
In the meantime, you'll be able to use the washing machine without the dryer function.
Try it out, see what you find.
