The lights would suggest the anti flood device in the base of the machine has been activated.
Unplug the appliance.
Pull it out and put a couple of towels around the rear of it.
Tilt the machine rearward to drain the water out of the base.
Once drained, stand the machine upright again.
Plug it in and try it again.
Let me know what happens.
