Unless you count the number of flashes it could be anything of up to 20 error codes.
2 flashes would be a time out filling.
Either the water isn't coming in quickly enough or the appliance isn't registering that water is coming in.
Until you get the actual number of flashes it would just be guesswork as to the fault.
What actually happens?
When it stops and the lights flash, is the machine full or empty of water?
Was it draining or filling at the time?
