we have a Smeg fridge...

we have a Smeg fridge freezer no model no Half/half fridge/freezer,aprox 3 yrs old there is an orange ans grrwe buttom on top of fridge, with a min/max dial to the left, we cannot getr the freezer part to below -30 without turnin of the lights at top,then over a few days we get a build up of water at the bottom of the fridge part?? what how can we get it ti the acceptable level for both fridge freezer to stop freezer freezing over???

Sorry, can you check inside the fridge for a label with the model number?

Take the salad tray / drawer out, it may be there.

Can you explain some more on the problem please?

-30? When you say you want it lower than this, do you mean warmer? for example, -18?

Is there ice forming in the fridge?

Do you only get the water when you turn the appliance off?
