Unplug the appliance.
Take the dispenser drawer out.
Take the top off.
Look at the sides of the facia panel.
There may be small screws or slots for inserting a thin blade into.
The facia outer is a "snap fit" to the facia inner.
Under the dispenser insert a blade and pull carefully on the facia.
It will begin to unclip.
Unclip along the top edge.
Eventually it will come apart.
The most likely cause of the problem is one of the buttons have broken their shaft.
Simply swap it for one of the buttons you never use so you can use the appliance while you obtain a new button.
if the switch is broken, you'll need a new switch.
Before refitting the facia, it's easier to take the knobs off and refit them after the facia is refitted.
