Our washing machine is working normal until the spin cycle.

Ok the lights flashing is the error code which you have error 3.

What this is is a time out draining. When you took the filter out at the bottom was this all clear?

Take it out again and look at the back. From there you will see the pump impeller. Its an X shape. Make sure this is all clear. Turn it as oit should ping round in stages.

Then you need to check the drain hose and were it drains to. If it goes under the sink take the spigot off which the hose pushes on ot and check this aswell. Make sure its all clear.

Once you have done this retry machine and see how it goes from there.

But the error code its flashing is saying it carnt get rid of the water inside the machine.

It could be or the blockage may be in the drain hose and were it drains to if under a sink.

Drain the water out from the bottom and just check it.

Then retry and see if it will spin then. If it does then you have a blockage somewere in the washer.

If the filter and the drain hose is clear then you will need to check the sump hose in the machine. The sump hose is the hose which goes from the tub to the pump. Take this off and check this aswell.

I dont think it will cause to much problems if it was at the drum side. Just check the side which pushes on to the pump as a coin can get stuck in the hose and the pump body were the hose pushes on to and stops it draining fully.
