Can you explain some more on this fault please?
Is the machine taking in water and pumping it out at the same time?
If not, where is the water going?
Is it pouring out of the dispenser?
The more detail you can give about the fault the better.
Can you post the E-Nr number of the appliance please?
This is on a label in the door recess.

Hiya,
OK, if water is entering the machine when it's unplugged your inlet valve is faulty and has jammed in the open position.
You'll need to determine which valve is faulty.
There should be a single valve and a double valve.
Unplug the appliance.
Take the top off.
Turn on the hot water.
If nothing runs into the machine, turn on the cold water.
If neither is letting in water, plug the machine in, start a programme.
Once started, switch the appliance off.
Turn off the hot water.
If water is still going in, turn off the cold water.
If it now stops, you need to replace the cold valves.
Once you determine which one is letting in the water, replace the valve to cure the fault.
