Turn the appliance on.
Any programme, doesn't matter which one.
Press and hold the start/pause button and the button immediately to the left of it, together.
You should get an error code displayed.
If you don't have a time display, count the number of green flashes on the start/pause and then the red flashes.
Let me know how may flashes of each colour.
Green flashes first.
