OK, thanks for that.

When you try to use it are you getting any flashing lights down the side of the dispenser?

If you are, number them with 1 at the top and let me know which numbers flash.

What exactly happens when you try to use the appliance?

If the filters are in the valve, just grip them with pliers and pull them out.

If they are in the hose, just check that they are clean.

Does water come through the hose when you turn the water on?

Sorry, that's a very long sentence.

Water comes out of the hose. That means the water supply is ok.

From the above I think you are saying ;

The machine doesn't take in water.

The drum doesn't move?

The time counts down.

If I've understood this correctly it doesn't actually make logical sense as the machine should show an error code of some sort.

Is the door locking?

Is the drum turning?

Does it show Test in the display at any time?

The fault you have isn't making logical sense as there is no error code being generated.

No problem. I'm still looking into this to see if I can find a way to check the appliance and narrow the fault down, instead of just guessing.
