On your appliance there is no filter as such. First thing to check is the drain hose where it connects to the house drain. Check both the hose and the connection for a blockage. While you have the machine apart, it would be worthwhile taking the drain pump out and checking that it's not blocked or jammed.

OK, thanks for the model number.

Please don't open a new question to reply to me though.

If you keep it all on this question it is easier for me to follow and help you.

On your appliance there is no filter as such.

There is however a basket type filter fitted inside the sump hose of the appliance.

First thing to check is the drain hose where it connects to the house drain.

Check both the hose and the connection for a blockage.

Drain the water out of the appliance first by lowering the drain hose as low as possible into a bucket, wash basin or out the door.

Once you've emptied the water out you can go on to cleaning out the hose.

To access this, unplug the appliance and take the rear panel off.

Take the large hose attached to the bottom of the tub off.

Inside this you'll find the basket.

Empty the debris out of it, refit the hose and leak test the machine.

If ok, reassemble it and it should be fine again.

While you have the machine apart, it would be worthwhile taking the drain pump out and checking that it's not blocked or jammed.
