Hiya,

Does your appliance have a clock/timer?

If it does, is it flashing?

If the clock is analogue, is the hand symbol showing?

Can you post the first 4 numbers from the label on the appliance?

(There should be a label with 4 numbers on the top and more number across the bottom).

Thanks

Hiya,

Thanks for coming back and letting me know how it went.

The problem with the bulb staying on all the time will be the contacts in the selector switch have welded together when the original bulb blew.

To cure it, you would need to replace the selector switch.

I would have suggested you remove the bulb until you have a fault that stops you cooking and requires the switch replacing.

Good luck with the appliance.

Let me know if you need more help with it.

Thanks
