VerifiedHiya,
In the freezer, take off the rear panel.
This will expose the evaporator and the drain channel below it.
Fully defrost the evaporator and the drain channel using a steamer.
Ensure the drain hole is clear too.
This will stop the ice below the drawer and hopefully the puddles too.
Unfortunately, the gun shots may still be there.
This is due to the expansion and contraction of the plastic and metal work within the freezer.
Hopefully after the defrost it won't be so bad.
