Ok if you take off the bulged part on the back you will see the heater element. On top of this you will see 2 thermostats. With a multimeter check to see if any of the stats are open circuit. If so look on top of the thermostat. If theres a small hole on top use a pin and poke it down and reset the stat. If there isnt a hole on top its a case of replaceing the thermostat. Then when you have done that the dry should be back to normal again then.
