OK, thanks for that.
When you try to use the machine on a new programme, if you just hear a hum instead of the pump running it would indicate a blockage.
If you hear nothing at all, it could be a faulty pump, faulty wiring or a failed main control board.
If you hear the hum ;
The first thing to check is the drain hose where it connects to the house drains.
Take the hose off the connection to the house drain and check both for a blockage.
Clear the blockage and try the machine again.
If there is no blockage, unplug the appliance.
Manually remove the water from inside the appliance, including the water below the filters.
Take off the inspection panel below the door.
Be very careful as the exposed edges of the metal are razor sharp.
Look in and you'll see the drain pump attached to the left side of the sump.
There is a locking catch for the pump, lift the catch a little and rotate the pump anti clockwise, then pull it out.
Clear out any debris in the pump.
Refit the pump and try the machine again.
