E03 indicates the appliance isn't draining quickly enough, or, doesn't know that it's drained.
The first part would be restrictions in the sump hose, pump, drain hose or house drains.
It could also be a faulty pump.
You would need to check all of these parts to ensure it's all clean and clear.
The second part would suggest that there is debris in the pressure chamber causing intermittent blocking.
Unplug the appliance and take the rear panel off.
You'll see a plastic fitting in the sump hose with a thin tube attached to it.
This is the pressure chamber, take it out and clean out the pressure chamber.
E16 would indicate a faulty heater or wiring.
While you check the pressure chamber, check the wiring to the heater and if you have a multimeter that you can use, check the heater to see if it's faulty.
