Ok lets see if theres an error code stored in there. to do this
Turn the knob to any programme and let it light up.
Then press the start/pause button and the button next to it together.
Keep them held in for a few seconds then the lights will go out and if you have a lcd screen there will be the error code E??
If theres no lcd screen then the start light will flash. Count the number of red flashes and then count the number of green flashes and let me know.
While you do this you need to keep both the buttons pressed in to get the error codes.

Ok thanks for that. Thats error code is E54 which is something to do with the motor.
What you can try first is pull machine out and take off the back panel. From there you will see the motor at the bottom. Unplug the wiring block from it and start the machine again.
See if it will fill up then. If it does then its possible its the motor thats the problem.
If its the same then take off the motor and check the carbon brushes at the back and see if they are worn down or the brush has broken were the wire goes.
If thats fine then its either the motor itself or the control board thats the problem but its a case or replace them to see which is at fault im afraid.
