The Number you posted isn't recognised by Neff, there appears to be a number missing after the X and before the GB.
If the water is in the fridge, then this would suggest the drain in the fridge is blocked.
Use a long cable tie or some thin curtain wire and insert it into the drain on the rear wall of the fridge.
Clean the blockage and pour a little water down the drain to ensure it runs away.
As to the freezer, if there is a lot of ice it's time to do a defrost.
Your appliance is not a frost free machine so will require regular defrosting.
I would also suggest checking the door seals to ensure they aren't split, causing a fast build up of ice.
