Can you post the product number (PNC) from the appliance please?
It begins with 9 so prefix it with A to prevent it being crossed out when posting.
Using the model number supplied I come up with 8 variations of the appliance.

Hiya,
Turn the dial to off.
Press and hold the start pause and nearest option button to it.
Whilst holding them, turn the dial one notch clockwise.
The machine will beep or flash, let go of the buttons.
Now turn the dial slowly through each position, stop and position 10 (9 clicks after letting go of the buttons) and note the error code displayed.
Continue turning the dial until you get to off.
Now turn to any programme, then, turn to off again.
Finally, turn to a programme and try the machine.
(It is very important that you turn to Off, a programme and then Off again).
Let me have the error code you retrieved if the appliance still doesn't work.
