Hi, i keep getting F04...

Hi, i keep getting F04 in my wash all the time, i have cleaned the filter and waste pipe but nothing is blocked, only water comes out and i am having this problem in every wash and getting frustrated.

Before the error code appears, has the machine emptied all of the water out?

Yes all the water is empty and drained.

Hiya,

Thanks for that.

If all of the water has drained out before the fault code appears it would suggest that there is a restriction in the pressure system.

Unplug the appliance and take the top off the machine.

Locate the pressure switch and take the thin tube off of it.

Blow as hard and as long as you can down this tube.

Refit the tube and try the machine again on it's hottest wash.

If it still give F04 it's indicating that it is taking too long to drain.

Try clearing the pressure system and see what happens.

Watch the machine and ensure it drains all of the water, if it's not all drained then we are looking at a restriction in the sump hose, drain pump, drain hose or the connection to the house drains.
