Can you post the E-Nr number from the appliance please?
It should be on a label in the door recess or if this is missing, on the rear.
Does the drum turn during the wash?
Does the machine empty properly?

Hiya,
OK, the most common cause of this problem is the carbon brushes in the motor have worn out.
Unplug the appliance.
Take the rear cover off.
Check the wiring to the motor plug, give them a good tug as they can break internally.
If ok, unplug the motor, take the belt off, take the bolts holding the motor to the tub out.
Take the motor out and check the carbon brushes.
If broken or worn out, replace them.
If stuck, free them off and reassemble the appliance.
Try the machine again.
