smeg dishwasher not washing, goes through rutine and when finished…

Hello, I will try and explain the best I can, Model is SMEG DWI 45.1, TYPE 12140 slimline fully intergrated, I believe yes it firstly empties the pump and then I can hear water filling, next stage I hear a high pitch sound which I believe did not exist before although not totally sure, Before starting I identifyed location of all sprinkle arms before start of cycle and they did not not move their positions and I also think water did not enter,saying all that if I open door mid way through programme I might find water in base of machine and hot steam if at heating cycle, I think it is related to pumping water through sprinkle arms during washing or rinsing.

Thanks again, Motor/pump removed I found broken glass jammed inside pump , I understood that filters etc should not allow this to happen . Also the plastic pump shaft which connects pump to motor is wrenched off rendering pump defective, where can I get a new pump and how much should it cost, marking on stuck on label on pump is 6036 4'11'01, and engraved on pump is pptv20,
