Customer Question

E1 indecates a flooded base at the bottom.

What you need to do is pull machine out and tip it backwards to drain the water out from the bottom.

If its built in then you need to remove the insepection panel at the bottom and then use a sponge to sponge the water out.

When the base is clear then the antiflood will reset itself and should be back to normal then.

Hi. I'm afraid it worked for 3 washes and now shows E1 again. Does it need a new part & if so how much is that likely to be

If its done it again then you have a leak in there.

What you need to do is pull the machine out and remove the side panels and the inspection panel at the bottom.

With the panels off carefully run the machine and watch it and see were the water is comeing from then just replace which ever part is leaking.
