If the drain hose is clear and the spigot it goes onto is clear then it would suggest you have a blockage or faulty pump.
Unplug the appliance.
Take the inspection panel below the door and the side panels off.
Look into the appliance and you'll see the drain pump.
On the left side at the rear is the connection for the drain hose and next to it the hose from the pump.
Take the hose off and aim it into a bucket.
Start a programme and see if the pump gets rid of the water.
If the pump just hums, unplug the appliance and take the pump out (empty the water from inside manually first).
Remove the blockage and refit the pump.
Try the machine again.
If the pump runs and empties, check the tank that it pumps through for blockages.
