DE indicates the door is open.
There are only 3 parts involved in this, the door lock, the wiring and the main control board.
Ensure the door latch pin is being pushed fully over by the spring and that it isn't weak.
If it's ok, then I'd suggest changing the door lock to see if it cures the problem.
It's unlikely to be the wiring so if a door lock doesn't cure it then it would suggest a problem with the main control board.
