OK, thanks for that.
The clue to the fault is in the drain pump running continually.
This indicates the anti flood device in the base of the dishwasher has been activated.
Unplug the appliance and take off the inspection panel below the door.
Use a sponge to remove the water.
If you can't do this, take the appliance out and tilt it about 45 degrees rearward to drain the water out of the base.
Once drained, try the machine again.
