If you take the filter out and set the machine to spin, does the pump run? Look into the filter housing and look and listen for the pump.
When you set it to a wash, what exactly happens?
The door locks?
Do you hear a buzz from the appliance?
Do you have, and can you use, a multimeter?

OK, thanks for that.
There are a few reasons for the machine sticking at 0.01
Disconnect the heater and test it for continuity.
Take the motor out and clean out any build up of carbon dust.
If the heater is ok and the motor is clean then there is a possibility it's a problem with the pressure switch.
Ensure the pressure chamber and pressure hose are clean and clear.
Test the pressure switch to ensure it's switching properly and not sticking.
