Zanussi model no FJS1425W Part way through wash cycle (30 mins), timer resets to full programme time (1 hr 19 mins) and machine stops washing. Ok what we need to do is get the error cod out. To do this you need to.
Turn machine off.
Then press and hold the start/pause button and the reset button.
Keep them held in and turn machine on
Keep the buttons held in for about 5 seconds then release them
Now the lights will be scolling down.
Press the fabrics button till the led is on the second row and second from the bottom. I thinks its the 40 deg led.
Now there should be an error code there E??
Let me know the code then turn machine off then on the back off again.

Ok E52 indecates a motor fault. As you have already replaced the brushes the fault will be with either the motor or the control board.
Its a case or fit parts and see im afraid.
Ans as bothy these parts are int the £100s it might be best getting some in to check it over as they might have a motor they could fit to see if this cures the problem.
